Professional Standards Report

The Professional Standards Report returns the actual hours and required hours of selected staff for USDA Professional Standards Compliance documentation.

**Note: this report is only available in PDF format so that it can include attachments

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Professional Standards

  2. Template - select a report template

  3. Reset - click to reset to default options

  4. Academic Year - filter by academic year

  5. Staff Type - filter by staff type(s)

  6. Staff Tags - filter by staff tag(s)

  7. Building - filter by assigned building

  8. Include - choose inclusion parameter(s) (Staff Without Assignment (default), Inactive Staff)

  9. Professional Standards Compliance - filter by required hours compliance (All (default), Met required hours, Did not meet required hours)

  10. Print Attachments - check to include class attachments

  11. Paper Format - choose a paper format (CR80, Legal, Letter (default))

  12. Orientation - choose orientation (Landscape, Portrait (default))

  13. Include Header - check to include report header

  14. Include Footer - check to include report footer

  15. Include Filter - check to include selected filters

  16. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  17. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  18. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Header - notice the District Logo, Report Title, District Name, and Academic Year.

  2. Identifier - staff identifier

  3. Name - staff first and last name

  4. Building - notice the staff assigned building

  5. Staff Type - notice the staff type

  6. Attachment Available - notice whether an attachment is available (True, False)

  7. Start Date - notice the staff start date

  8. Number of Classes - notice the count of classes attended

  9. Number of Hours Completed - notice the sum of hours completed

  10. Number of Hours Required - notice the number of hours required

  11. Compliance Level - notice the compliance state
    Does Not Meet - actual hours < hours required
    Met - actual hourshours required

  12. Filters - notice the name(s) and value(s) of selected filters

  13. Footer - notice the date and time the report was requested, pages, and TITAN logo
